geek is the new cool

• Missed the good bus — the one with less people that picks me up at my apartment complex — and had to catch the one that takes longer and picks me up a mile from my apartment.
• My (really expensive) headphones snapped in half for no apparent reason
• I slipped on the slimy, algae-covered wood planks of my office’s balcony and landed on them, in the rain, on my butt, in my brand new jeans that I just bought yesterday
• My dog is getting sick :(
• Did I mention that my headphones are broken!??!?
• My lunch is not sitting well

Ugh. What a crummy morning. At least I can go cram my face full of mashed potatoes, turkey, and pie tomorrow. There’s always that.
